Support and sales teams keep the same customer conversation in three separate places: the shared mailbox, the booking system's chat, and whatever channel a colleague checks first. Someone who emailed yesterday and booked a call today looks like two strangers.
iSAP Communicator reads the systems you already run instead of replacing them, and puts one customer's full thread — mail, booking, chat — in front of the person handling it.
What it does
- Advanced AI triage. Incoming mail is classified, summarised and drafted for a reply.
- A human always sends. Nothing is forwarded, deleted or sent without a person approving it — and only a mailbox owner or admin can approve.
- Trusted by design. Every automated step is written to an audit log you can read, not taken on faith.
- One feed. Mail drafts, new bookings and chat messages in one list, filtered by mailbox.
- Notifications where you work. Slack, Microsoft Teams or Telegram — the card links back here, decisions stay in one place.
Where it stands
Early access. The product is being rolled out mailbox by mailbox as each integration is confirmed to work. Built and operated from Dubai Silicon Oasis (GST, UTC+4) on iSAP's own mail infrastructure. Pricing has not been announced; the plan is straightforward, affordable per-seat pricing once general access opens, not a quote-only process.

Frequently asked questions
- Does it replace our mailbox or booking system?
- No. It reads from your existing mail server and booking system and gives your team one combined view; the underlying systems keep working as before.
- Can it send e-mail on its own?
- No. It only drafts replies for a person to review. Sending always requires a human action, and only a mailbox owner or admin can approve one.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing has not been announced yet. Simple per-seat pricing is planned once general access opens.
- Is it available now?
- It is in early access, rolled out mailbox by mailbox.
